Job Description
Ensures that fulfillment, shipping & delivery of all products are performed with the highest packaging quality and on-time delivery per Sales Order expected ship dates. This position is a working Lead that performs & oversees all daily process & system shipments including production, RMA and miscellaneous requirements. Daily communication of status and issues resolution is expected with Sales Support, Production Control, Tech Support and Operations management. Responsible for all Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) transaction movements, safe & secure inventory storage, FGI inventory & cycle count accuracy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures that fulfillment, shipping & delivery of all products both domestically and internationally are performed following all SOX compliance requirements with the highest quality and on-time per Sales Order expected ship dates.
Provides guidance to the Fulfillment/Shipping personnel for all products including devices, PC’s, Software & SIAB Kits with emphasis on training the personnel for correct inventory transactions & coordination within the team and with other affected departments.
Maintains controls over Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) including shipment packaging of sales SKU’s.
Interfaces with Sales Support, PC loading, Production, Tech Support & Design/Install teams to ensure that products are shipped on-time with the highest quality for our customers.
Audits shipments for each SO to ensure that what is being shipped matches the Sales Order.
Fulfills & ships all sold products to customers using the most cost-efficient shipment method and ensures that all correct shipment information (including Commercial Invoice & Dangerous Goods), labelling & documentation are provided for the carrier.
Ships all non-sales shipments assisting all FSS departments including Marketing & Engineering.
Maintains 5S of the Fulfillment/Shipping areas for expected cleanliness & efficiency.
Has moderate knowledge and experience in domestic & international shipping
Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; Provides a moderate level of guidance & direction to team.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
•High School completion or equivalent required
•Must have 3-5 years of related Fulfillment/Shipping experience and/or training
•Computer and software experience including ERP and MS Office programs
•Must adhere to all Foresight Sports safety policies

Pay Range:
$25.53 - $36.01
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
